Quintella avalia Diniz, ex-treinador do Fluminense: “Um fundamentalista do futebol”

Leandro Quintella, from the YouTube channel Resenha Tricolor 1902, was the latest guest on NETFLUCast, hosted by journalist José Ilan. During their discussion, Quintella shared his thoughts on Fernando Diniz, the former coach of Fluminense, who led the team to victory in the 2023 Libertadores.
“I was never a Dinizista,” Quintella reveals about the former Fluminense coach
“No, I was never a Dinizista. I didn’t want his return when he came back. Diniz is a complex figure because he possesses incredible potential, but he is also a fundamentalist when it comes to football.”
“He has developed an ideology and a playing style that are exceptional, especially since creativity is often lacking among coaches. However, there seems to be some sort of arrogance or ego that prevents him from embracing the most important aspect of being human: the ability to change.”
